2. Our Products
All of our planters, raised beds, and timber garden features are handmade in Devon. As with any handcrafted product, there may be slight natural variations in finish and appearance — this is a characteristic of handmade goods and not a defect.
3. Ordering
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch, in which case you will receive a full refund.
4. Pricing
All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, though any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Xero. We do not store your payment details. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
6. Delivery
Standard products are typically dispatched within 2–4 weeks of your order being confirmed. We will contact you if there is any significant delay. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds — Standard Products
If you are not satisfied with your standard product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before returning any item. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Bespoke and made-to-order products are created specifically to your requirements. As such, you do not have the right to cancel or return a bespoke order once work has commenced, except where the item is faulty or does not match the agreed specification. We will always confirm the full details of a bespoke commission — including dimensions, materials, and price — before any work begins.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evergreen Outdoors Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
