The Hydrangea is a generously sized rectangular garden planter, handcrafted from pressure-treated redwood in our Devon workshop. Built to sit permanently in your outdoor space, it's designed with longevity at its core - every piece of end-grain is individually treated to keep moisture out and your planter looking great for years to come.
At 2000mm wide, this is a statement piece. Whether you're lining a garden wall, framing a patio, creating a cottage garden border, or building a seasonal display that changes through the year, the Hydrangea Planter gives you the space to do it properly. It suits both traditional and contemporary outdoor settings, and looks as much at home in a formal walled garden as it does on a modern timber deck.
What's included
Every Hydrangea Planter is supplied with a built-in false bottom and damp proof membrane — protecting the inside of the planter and helping your plants thrive without standing water compromising the timber beneath. It arrives fully assembled and ready to plant.

Standard planters — 30-day returns
If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Please get in touch before sending anything back and we'll guide you through the process. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect — in which case we'll cover it.
Arrived damaged or not as expected?
If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and a short description of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as quickly as possible.
Bespoke orders
Please note that bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or don't match the agreed specification. We'll always confirm every detail — dimensions, materials, and price — before any work begins, so you can order with confidence.
